Started in a backyard tandoor, 2014.

What began as weekend cooking for neighbors grew into a kitchen obsessed with one idea: real fire changes flavor in a way nothing else can.

Every dish still passes through the same clay tandoor we built by hand twelve years ago — just a bigger one now, and a room full of people who drove across the city for it.
